“It is not for OHR to comment statements made by the Russian Ambassador to the UN.  In February, the PIC Steering Board, of which the Russian Federation is a full member, was unanimous in agreeing to approve transition only after BiH achieved five objectives and met two conditions.

The faster progress is made on these five objectives and two conditions the sooner OHR can transition into an EU led mission.”
