High Representative Appoints Judge to Court of BiH

The High Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, has appointed Malcolm Simmons as International Judge to Section I (War Crimes) and Section II (Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption) of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The term of this appointment is for two years from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
