In accordance with my authority under Annex 10 of the Peace Agreement and Article XI of the Bonn Document, I do hereby decide that the Law on Amendments to the Law on Housing Relations shall enter into force on 17 September 1998 on an interim basis, until such time as it is adopted by the Federation Parliament in due form, without amendments or conditions attached.

Law on Amendments to the Law on Housing Relations

Article 1

By way of this law, the Law on Housing Relations (Official Gazette SR BiH, 14/84,12/87 and 36/89, hereafter: the Law), as taken over and amended by the Law on Taking Over the Law on Housing Relations (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH 11/98), shall be amended.

Article 2

In Article 83a, paragraph 2 of the Law, the word six shall be replaced by the word “twelve” .
