Supervisory orders

In accordance with Paragraphs 37 and 43 of the Final Arbitral Award dated March 5, 1999, and Paragraph 12 of the Annex to the Final Award dated August 18, 1999; In furtherance of the Supervisory Order on the Conduct of Privatization of the State Capital of Enterprises in the Brcko District of BiH dated September 19, 2001;

In accordance with Paragraphs 37 and 43 of the Final Arbitral Award dated March 5, 1999, and Paragraph 12 of the Annex to the Final Award dated August 18, 1999; In furtherance of the Supervisory Order on the Conduct of Privatization of the State Capital of Enterprises in the Brcko District of BiH dated September 19, 2001;

In accordance with paragraphs 11 and 37 of the Brcko Final Award of March 5, 1999, paragraph 8(A) and 12 of the Annex to the Final Award of August 18, 1999;

In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999, and paragraph 2 of the Annex of August 18, 1999

In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999, and paragraph 2 of the Annex of August 18, 1999; Recalling the Supervisory Order on March 21, 2000, appointing the members of the Interim Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

In accordance with Paragraph 37 of the Brcko Final Award of March 5 1999 and Article 3 of the Annex of Brcko Final Arbitral Award of August 18, 1999 providing for the power of the Supervisor to dissolve existing administrative bodies within the Brcko District and consolidate them into an integrated administration;

In accordance with paragraphs 37 and 43 of the Final Arbitral Award dated March 5, 1999, providing respectively for the enhancement of the powers of the Supervisor established by the Award and the obligation of the Entities to implement “without delay” any Order issued by the Supervisor in the exercise of his powers;

Consolidating Supervisory Order On Privatization In The Brcko District Of Bosnia And Herzegovina

In accordance with articles 11, 37 and 39 of the Brcko Final Award of March 5, 1999, and paragraph 5 of the Annex of the Final Award of August 18, 1999, providing for the authority of the Supervisor to harmonize entity legislation in the area of the District;
