Latest Date:		Date in human form, like "18 July 1998", or "18 July" for the heading date. Mostly today's date as we won't add something for past times :P
Document Date:		Same as the above but then for the entry itself. So when was it released, not published, but released
Title:		Only needed if there isn't a standard title. If you add a press, then "OHR Press Release" is prepended.(not needed for LANDCENT, BiH and SRT)
Kind:	bih srt obn press brcko interview speech landcent statement article bulletin briefing	What document do you want to link :)
Link:		link in the form of "press/p980718a.htm", not needed unless there's a second Press Release on the same day or it isn't a standard document name.
