APPLICATION TO REGISTER AS OHR SUPPLIER

Thank you for your interest in registering with the OHR’s database of suppliers. Please note that OHR database is used as an information source only and not for solicitation.

To be considered for registration, it is important that potential suppliers provide correct information., To define your business, please use the Commodity Codes (list is enclosed), where possible.

In order to fulfil registration requirements, please return signed completed Supplier’s Application Form with the following documents:

1. Court Registration document
2. Balance Sheet for the last account period
3. Copies of standards of quality certification
4. Catalogues, brochures and other materials

Registration will depend on the result of the evaluation of your application. OHR will evaluate each complete application, on the basis of the financial soundness of the supplier, experience and relevance of the goods or services offered. Once your company’s application has been approved you will receive your OHR registration identification number.
