In point 8. of tender documentation for Lot 3: Telephone Switchboards, the following is required: “CVs of Key Experts who will be engaged in the installation of equipment and staff training should include proof of relevant education/training and experience in the installation of Unified Communications Systems.”
Does the above mean that tenderers are obliged to submit certificates about passed expert exams and training for the implementation of the offered equipment, or is it enough to submit statements from end-users as proof that key experts possess experience in the implementation of Unified Communications Systems?
