Q1: Can you please specify the currency of bid, should bidders provide the price in USD or BAM?
A1: In accordance with Section II – Proposal Submission Conditions, the proposal shall contain the following information: Point 4. Information on price and terms of payment in KM, excluding VAT.
Q2: Your request is to offer licenses through Open Value Subscription program. Is that request mandatory or are bidders allowed to offer licenses through another, equivalent Microsoft subscription program?
A2: OVS has been requested as a suitable OHR technical solution and on the basis of the following information from Microsoft:
“Open Value Subscription provides the lowest up-front costs of the Open program options with the flexibility to reduce the total licensing costs in years when the desktop PC count declines. This option gives your organization the rights to run the software throughout your organization only during the term of the agreement with Microsoft. You also have the ability to add the single platform option to an Open Value Subscription agreement.”

Q3: We would like to offer the newest Microsoft subscription model called CSP subscription for the technology that you are using.
A3: Thank you for offered CPS subscription. At this moment, due to OHR technical and security reasons, our requirement remains OVS.
