At its meeting in Bonn on 26th
November, 1996, the Steering Board of the PIC heard a report by the High
Representative, Mr. Carl Bildt, on developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina
including the common institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Steering Board
noted with grave concern that the Council of ministers has not yet been formed.
The Steering Board expressed strong support for the efforts of the High
Representative in relation to the establishment of common institutions,
especially the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It calls upon the
Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to see that representative on Bosnia and
Herzegovina at the forthcoming conference of the PIC in London can be assured.
