The Office of the High Representative is disturbed – at this important time for healing and reconciliation in Bosnia – that the forces of renewal, healing and openness are under assault again from Pale.
The investment of the international community in peace and democracy will not be intimidated or halted.
After such a tragic war, all of the people of Bosnia – Serb, Muslim, Croat – deserve respite, peace, openness and democracy.
They will get no less.
