Jobs and Justice: Our Agenda is an interim report outlining the reforms agreed between the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Peace Implementation Council. It lists the objectives, specific reforms and timelines for the coming years. The full report, which will include further chapters on Refugee Returns, Education and Institution Building, and Security policy will be issued in the new year, once the remaining reforms and actions have been agreed. Although the OHR and other international agencies in BiH acted as facilitators in the process of producing this report, the commitments contained within it were drawn up and entered into by the governments at State and Entity level in BiH and agreed in roundtable discussions with the Political Directors of Peace Implementation Council Steering Board countries.
