In order to facilitate the speedier resolution of the State Property
transition benchmark as one of the remaining objectives of the “5+2” plan the
Ambassadors of the Peace Implementation Council’s Steering Board support the
proposal by the High Representative Valentin Inzko to provide under the auspices
of the Office of the High Representative technical assistance compiling a State
Property inventory and the auditing of its results
The Ambassadors confirm that the sustainable resolution of the State
Property issue is to be provided legally binding intergovernmental agreement signed
by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and both Entities’ Prime Ministers
in line with the communiqué of the Peace Implementation Council of 30 June
2009.
