	The EU Presidency welcomes the statement made today by the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Alija Behmen, regarding the AM-Sped affair. This statement is in accordance with the principles of transparency and responsibility which are part of the European Union standards and constitute the basis of a democratic and modern State.
