NTV Hayat - Following two-day-session of BIH Constitutional Court, BIH Presidency Chair Sulejman Tihic’s request regarding constitutionality of the name RS was withdrawn.

PINK - Addressing the BiH Parliament members, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe [PACE], René van der Linden, called them on implementing reforms which would strengthen state institutions, saying that they were now too week to take BiH to the EU.

RTRS Momcilo Ostojic – On Tuesday in Banja Luka, the RS National Assembly adopted the Law on rights and duties of MPs in the RSNA and RS Council of Peoples that enables former deputies to retire after only one mandate and 55 years of age.

BHT1 by Sanita Lisica – BiH Fiscal Council failed to hold the session scheduled for Monday, thus the public revenues collected through taxes will remain blocked on the single account of Indirect Taxation Administration (ITA).

Hayat – At the occasion of marking the 64th anniversary of battle on Kozara [WWII battle] on Sunday, the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik made a short comment on the recently adopted Council of Europe Resolution on BiH by saying that “Sarajevo had no reason to welcome CoE Resolution on constitutional changes in BiH, although it was aimed at RS.

BHT1 – Approximately 1000 people gathered at Sarajevo airport to meet Naser Oric. Oric was released from ICTY custody after ICTY Council made a ruling by which Oric was sentenced to 2 years in prison for crimes committed in Srebrenica area. Oric was in custody for more than 3 years and was therefore released.

FTV by Zeljko Tica – The Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe [PACE] in Strasbourg, passed the Resolution, recommending BiH to draft and adopt new Constitution by 2010. According to the Resolution, entity vote should be abolished, and vital national interest precisely defined, immediately after the October election.
