Supervisory Order On the Establishment of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
In accordance with Paragraph 9, of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award dated March 5, 1999, and in consultation with the High Representative, I hereby declare the Statute of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be in force.
This Order shall have immediate effect.
