Special Envoys

In consultation with the Steering Board Political Directors at their session in Sarajevo on 30-31 July 2002, it was agreed that the Special Envoys’ Operation is successfully completed and the Special Envoys Offices are transformed into the OHR Field Offices under the auspices of the relevant OHR Regional Offices.
