Following on from the "POSTOVANJE / RESPECT" campaign, the "DOSTA JE / IT'S ENOUGH" campaign was conceived and developed by the OHR with the OSCE and the UNHCR, drawing on the experience of field officers dealing with individuals trying to repossess their property throughout BiH. As an awareness campaign, it addressed the most pressing obstacles to the implementation of property legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (see press release for more details), in particular the reluctance of many temporary occupants to resolve their own housing situation in order to allow for the return of another.
The campaign was designed to express the frustration felt by claimants waiting to repossess their homes, temporary occupants concerned about their future, and all those involved in the repossession process, who encounter the same obstacles day after day - hence the slogan "It's enough!/Dosta je!".
Running from December 2000 to February 2001, the campaign utilised hard-hitting TV and radio spots as well as billboards, and posters to increase awareness of these obstables, followed by press ads and leaflets designed to provide practical information to for those involved the process of repossession to help tackle them.
The campaign was designed and produced by REFRESH Production, Sarajevo who also produced the "POSTOVANJE / RESPECT" campaign.
