The Resources Department provides the necessary support infrastructure for the activities of the OHR and ensures that the OHR conforms with management and financial policies and procedures approved by the PIC Steering Board. The Resources Department comprises:

1. Administrative Management Division
2. Finance Management Division
3. Security Division and
4. Personnel Division

The Administrative Management Division comprises three sections: Logistics, Transport and Information and Communications Technology.

The Finance Management Division comprises three sections: Budget and Program Control, Accountancy and Treasury.

The Personnel Division combines Human Resources Unit and the Translator's Unit
