The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, attended a reception this evening in honor of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Day of Statehood, to be observed on 25 November, which was hosted by the Chair of the BiH Presidency Jozo Krizanovic. The High Representative took the occasion to call for the speedy passage of a State-level Law on BiH Holidays, which still awaits approval by the BiH House of Representatives. He encouraged all parliamentarians and relevant institutions to complete this process, making the day a BiH-wide holiday. This symbolic move would be an important further step in strengthening the BiH State.
