New Chairman of the Permanent Election Law Working Group

The High Representative Carlos Westendorp has
appointed Francois Froment-Meurice, senior member of the French "Conseil d'Etat"
(Council of the State) and former member of the European parliament, as his
Special Political Advisor and Chairman of the Permanent Election Law Working
Group.
