During demonstrations held in Brcko on Sunday, March 28th, a crowd gathered outside the OHR North building and inflicted minor damage on it by throwing rocks and stones. At the time of the demonstrations, Supervisor Bill Farrand was in the Brcko District, talking on the phone with COMSFOR General Montgomery Meigs.

The OHR North office remains open. OHR North is grateful to the Brcko multiethnic police for their excellent performance during the demonstration.
