The High Representative expects that the
Herzegovina Neretva Canton adopts a comprehensive return plan also for the six
Mostar city-municipalities without any further delay. He hopes that the meeting
scheduled for today in Mostar, chaired by the UNHCR Head of Office Neill Wright
and the Deputy High Representative and Head of OHR South Sir Martin Garrod, will
be successful and leads to the adoption of this plan.
