Agreement on the Implementation of the Constituent Peoples’ Decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On 27 March 2002, we, the undersigned political leaders, reached agreement on the following plan to implement the four partial decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH of the year 2000 in case number 5/98. The full content of this agreement is attached.

We further undertake actively to ensure that the content of this agreement is fully implemented in the constitutional amendments to be adopted by the respective parliaments of both entities.
