1. Subject of Tender
1.1. Award of contract to one or more suppliers for supply of vehicles to Office of the High Representative in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
1.2. All awards will be made in complete lots as listed below.
1.3. Bidders may quote for either or both lots, but Lots must be quoted separately.
1.4. The equipment offered must be to the following specification:
LOT 1: Twenty (20) vehicles Toyota Land Cruiser 90, 3.0 D-4D 5V
- New 2003 model
- Diesel Engine D4D, 2,982 cm3
- Power 120 KW/163 cv
- Five doors
- Manual gearbox
- Manual air-conditioner
- Left hand drive
- Standard (basic) interior package – dark colour (please describe)
- Metallic dark blue colour
- Factory installed alarm
LOT 2: Eleven (11) vehicles VW Passat variant 1.9 TDI, 4 motion
- New 2003 model
- Diesel engine 1.9 TDI
- Power 96 KW/130 cv
- Five doors
- Manual gearbox
- Manual air-conditioner
- Left hand drive
- Standard (basic) interior package (please describe)
- Metallic dark blue colour
- Factory installed alarm
- Radio/cassette
2. Delivery of bids
2.1. Suppliers can submit offers for each of the Tender sections (LOT).
2.2. Offers must include the following:
- Name and address of supplier, contact details and name of the contact person.
- Detailed description of offered vehicles
- All information about prices and payment terms
- Equipment delivery cost into OHR Sarajevo, if not included in the price
- Delivery time to Sarajevo. Please note that delivery times will be an important consideration in deciding the awards, in addition to price.
- Detailed description of warranty terms
- List of authorized service places in Bosnia and Herzegovina where warranty conditions can be fulfilled
- Reference list
- Statement of bidder confirming that they have sufficient funds for successful completion of this contract.
2.3. OHR, as diplomatic organization, is exempt from payment of all taxes and duties and all prices quoted should exclude such charges.
2.4. Prices must be in EURO or KM (Convertible Marks). OHR payment terms are bank transfer within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2.5. Contract concluded with OHR will include conditions and deadlines stated in your offer, and will be attached to the Contract and considered legally binding for the duration of the Contract.
2.6. Deadline for submission of offers is22 January 2003. OHR intends to place confirmed orders by end January 2003.
2.7. OHR reserves the right to enter into negotiations with any bidder or to end the Tender without awarding the contract. OHR will not bear any costs of bidders in process of preparation of offer.
2.8. OHR reserve the right to change number of ordered vehicles based of funds available, but any reduction would be no more than 2 vehicles from each lot.
2.8. By taking part in this Tender, bidders confirm that they are registered for performing of business which is subject of this Tender.
