High Representative Christian Schmidt extended his sincere condolences today to the family, friends and colleagues of Živko Radišić, former member of the BiH Presidency, who passed away in Banja Luka on Sunday, 05 September.
Mr. Radišić is also remembered for supervising reconstruction efforts in Banja Luka following the devastating earthquake in 1969, and for his term later as mayor of the city (1977 – 1982).
