Having compared the text of the Law on Implementation of the Decisions of the Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees published in the "Official Gazette" of Republika Srpska, 31/99, I note that a technical mistake exists. Therefore, in accordance with my powers under Annex 10 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article XI of the Conclusions of the Peace Implementation Council Conference held in Bonn, on 10 December 1997, I hereby issue this

In Article 3, paragraph 2, the words: "Administrative organ responsible for property-legal issues" shall be replaced by "The responsible body of the Ministry of Refugees and Displaced Persons".
