High Representative Valentin Inzko took part in the traditional international business conference ahead of the 38th presentation of “Best Manager” and “Best Company” awards for Southeast and Central Europe. The High Representative briefly addressed the conference and presented a special recognition of the Independent Agency, the European Association of Managers and magazine “Euromanager” to Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov.
