Pursuant to my authority under Annex 10 of the General Framework for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Section XI of the Bonn Conclusions of December 1997, I take the following:
DECISION
Since the Constitution of Republika Srpska is silent on the question which authority will be competent to promulgate the laws duly adopted by the National Assembly, when there is a vacuum in the RS Presidency, I hereby decide that the signature of the RS President on the adopted laws is not required for their publication in the RS Official Gazette during such a vacuum. I, therefore, order the Speaker of the National Assembly to have these laws published in the RS Official Gazette within a period of 7 days of their adoption by the National Assembly.
This Decision shall be published in the RS Official Gazette without delay.
