Human Rights Steering Board Recommendations to the Human Rights Task Force January 20, 2000 This document sets forth the proposed priorities of the Human Rights Steering Board, comprised of the OHR, UNHCR, OSCE, OHCHR, UNMIBH and the Council of Europe, for the year 2000, for the review and approval of the Human Rights Task Force.
