Supervisory order
Supervisory Order dated August 30, 1997, prohibited the Republika Srpska authorities from collecting visa and road tax fees on the Brcko vehicular bridge. That order is hereby amended to include as well the collection of any fee of any kind whatsoever from persons in vehicles or persons on foot crossing the Brcko bridge in either direction. A copy of this order shall be posted conspicuously near the police and customs bridge crossing point for all travellers to see. Failure to comply with any provision of this order will result in the designation of the border crossing point as an illegal checkpoint with all the consequences following therefrom.
