Article 1
In the Election Law of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, No. 17/08), in Article 1.6, following the word “District”, words “in accordance with the Election Law of BiH” shall be added.
Article 2
In Article 2.1, Paragraph (1) shall be amended and read as follows:
“(1) The competent authorities responsible for the conduct of elections shall be the following:
a) Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: the Central Election Commission of BiH) in accordance with the Election Law of BiH,
b) District Election Commission and
c) Polling Station Committees.”
Article 3
In Article 2.2, Paragraph (1), following the words “Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: the Central Election Commission of BiH)” shall be replaced with words “Central Election Commission of BiH”.
Article 4
In Article 2.4, Item 2, following the word “Law”, a comma (,) and words “in accordance with the Election Law of BiH” shall be added.
Item 3 shall be deleted.
Current Items 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 shall become Items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
Article 5
In Article 4.2, Paragraph (2), comma (,) and words “through the District Election Commission” shall be deleted, and words “in accordance with the Election Law of BiH” shall be added after the word “BiH”.
