Further to Article 17 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, number 30/03 and 42/03), and in regard to the article 8, point 7 of the Decision establishing the Directorate for Police Restructuring CoM number 241/05 dated December 8, 2005, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 103rd session held on December 29, 2005, adopted the
DECISION
appointing the Executive of the Directorate for Police Restructuring Implementation
Article 1
Executive of the Directorate for Police Restructuring Implementation is hereby appointed, composed of the following:
- Taib Spahic, Director
- Marko Dominkovic, Deputy Director
- Perica Stanic, Deputy Director
- Zoran Pandza, Expert – Finance, Logistics, Procurement
- Faik Lusija, Expert – Finance, Logistics, Procurement
- Vlajko Milicevic, Expert – Budget
- Velida Demirovic, Expert – Budget
- Ankica Petrovic, Expert – Lawyer
- Jadranka Samoukovic – Expert – Lawyer
- Nijaz Spahic, Expert – Lawyer
- Dorde Lazic, Expert – Police Operations
- Jasmin Zlatanovic, Expert – Police Operations
- Radojka Vidovic – Expert – Personnel
Article 2
Experts referred to under point 1 of this Decision perform tasks defined in the Decision establishing the Directorate for Police Restructuring Implementation.
Article 3
Decision becomes effective upon adoption and shall be applicable until
