The way the media transmitted the statement of Reis Ceric in Detroit, the statement deeply affects the BiH Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement. His statement is clearly against the Dayton Peace Agreement.

As you probably already know, OHR has received the police reform proposal by the two HDZs. We welcome their initiative and constructive role to find a solution.
