Buyers of privatized apartments in the Federation of BiH should be careful
As PLIP stated in its 23 October 2001 Press Release, there is reason to believe that there may be thousands of cases of illegal revalidation. Many of these may have already led to illegal privatisation. Where unclaimed apartments are illegally privatised, they are made unavailable for use as alternative accommodation

PLIP Agencies release September Statistics
The Agencies involved in the Property Law Implementation Plan (OHR, OSCE, UNHCR, UNMIBH and CRPC) announce today that, as of the end of September, the overall implementation rate of the property laws rose to 34% in BiH. 43% of cases have been solved in the Federation, while that number stands at 24% in the Republika Srpska, and 30% in Brcko

Anti-Fraud Department reports on efforts to tackle corruption in BiH
The OHR’s Anti-Fraud Department (AFD) has compiled a report on its expanding effort to tackle corruption in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the past year.
