High Representative visits Mostar and holds fourth Civic Forum
During his visit to Mostar, the High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, on Friday held the fourth Civic Forum in this city, discussing issues of social importance with eleven representatives of civic society in Herzegovina. He also paid a visit to the Jewish Community of Mostar, met with students from both universities, and visited Ljubuski.

Paul Martin designated new head of OHR Banja Luka
Today, the High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, has designated Canadian diplomat Paul Martin to succeed Georges Bordet as Deputy High Representative and Head of OHR Banja Luka. Mr Martin, who is already in Bosnia and Herzegovina to familiarise himself further with current issues, will take over from Mr Bordet on 19 February.

High Representative issues Decision ensuring transparency in the use of funds for return of refugees and displaced persons in both Entities

In Strasbourg today, the High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, welcomed the vote of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (CoE), recommending to the CoE's Committee of Ministers that Bosnia and Herzegovina's application for CoE membership be approved.
